Mike McGinn

Mr. McGinn joined Directed Capital in 2006. He manages the Company’s portfolio management and loan servicing activities. In addition to oversight of the day to day administration of the assets, Mr. McGinn oversees the portfolio management team’s development and implementation of asset resolution strategies for the loan and real estate portfolio and ensures the team delivers exemplary service to borrowers.

Prior to joining Directed Capital, Mr. McGinn was Senior Vice President and Loan Portfolio Manager with Wells Fargo Foothill, Inc., Lender Finance Division in Dallas and with the Wells Fargo Foothill, Inc., Commercial Finance Division in Boston. Prior to that he was a Team Leader with the middle-market asset based lending unit of US Trust in Boston and the head of special assets for First City Bank in McAllen, TX. He has 40 years of banking experience in commercial real estate and asset based lending, credit administration, loan portfolio management and special asset administration.

Mr. McGinn received his Post Graduate Degree in Banking from Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University.
